The Heights

Offering rare space, character, and a true neighborhood feel in the New York metro area, with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline.

Welcome to The Heights

Perched atop the Palisades overlooking Hoboken and the Hudson River, The Heights offers something increasingly rare in the New York metro area: space, character, and a genuine sense of neighborhood, all with stunning panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline.

The area is predominantly residential, featuring tree-lined streets, historic brownstones, Victorian and Edwardian homes, and a mix of single and multi-family buildings that offer more room to breathe than many other parts of the city. It's a neighborhood where families put down roots, neighbors know each other, and a strong community spirit runs through everything.

Central Avenue serves as the neighborhood's vibrant main street—a 14-block commercial corridor lined with an eclectic mix of local restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and independent shops representing the diverse communities that call The Heights home. Green space is plentiful too, with Riverview-Fisk Park and Washington Park offering sports fields, courts, running trails, and some of the best skyline views in all of Jersey City. On Sundays from May through November, the beloved Riverview Farmers Market at Riverview-Fisk Park draws the community together with fresh local produce, food vendors, and a lively atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of the neighborhood.

For commuters, NJ Transit buses run directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan in approximately 30 to 40 minutes, making it a convenient option for those working in Midtown. The Hudson-Bergen Light Rail and connections to the PATH train provide additional access to Downtown Jersey City and beyond.
